I leave in one week.   Last week when I told Charlotte I was leaving in 11 days she had a very surprised and happy look on her face.  I asked her, "Are you happy that I'm leaving in 11 days?"  She said, "No, I'm just happy that you're here for 11 more days!"

Jack and I took the girls to the pool last night at 7 and less than an hour after we got home we had a wicked storm.  Torrents of rain, wind, crazy colored sky, and the power went out.  According to our power company a tornado took out 9 transformers and many towns in our area were without power.  After the rain stopped and the storm was passing we ( Read more... )
